    Help im getting P3004-131.
No other codes stored in the hybrid system or the hybrid battery system.
I checked all the easy stuff.
I checked every fuse in the car front to back including the safety plug "nothing is blown".
I checked all the connections in the battery and cables connected to the battery "nothing was loose".
I checked the the system main resistor.
    What should i check next?
Im pretty sure i have to remove the relay #1 #2 and #3 to check them but im not sure.

P3004 Power Cable Malfunction 131 "Impossible to drive"

P3004-131 Power Cable Malfunction High voltage fuse has blown out, service plug grip is disconnected or limiter resistance is cut off

    - HV battery system - System main resistor - No. 1 system main relay - No. 3 system main relay - Main battery cable - No. 2 main battery cable - Frame wire - Inverter with converter assembly - HV control ECU

Here's the link I picked for the code.
    https://www.dtcdecode.com/Toyota/P3004-131

looks like it's time to dig (grammar check)? into the high voltage documentation

attention to the warnings - shorts around that stuff can be serious

I got this code and was wondering where the junction fuse block is located. I haven’t made any attempt to diagnose the sour yet, but I have a parts car that is going to be leaving soon and I thought I could at least grab this part first.

Should be right above the driver side front wheel.

I did some trouble shooting with the manual and figured out the the Hybrid drive ECU was bad. Is there any reprogramming that needs to be done to the one I’m replacing it with?

You need Techstream (or equivalent) in order to initialize the HC ecu (gotta do a "handshake" between the HC ecu and the certification ecu).
