Yes, it should if you have a Garmin system like I'm hoping. I've posted this site here before but nobody could use it, so I assume, (for Toyota at least), it's for other countries outside the USA. (I use Garmin Express for our '18 Honda Clarity here in the USA website http://www.garmin.com/honda ). There should be a place to select/choose your region, then be able to download the appropriate maps. There is a place for me to change region, I guess if we move to another country. I haven't tried it because we are staying...

As an FYI I believe Garmin was the originator of GPS, for the US DOD. Digging around headquarters was the Cayman Islands. (Shrugs).

For our Honda it has a HDD navigation. I insert a properly formatted USB into the USB port on the car and go to update. It places an ID file onto the USB stick which I bring to the computer. I vaguely remember registering with Garmin that was 2018, but once you open Garmin Express it recognizes the device. Then you have to take time to download depending on your connection speed, and in your case reinstall into the car. (Ours we have to upload it and takes roughly 45 mins to an hour).

I hope this will work for you!!!

What’s the ID number printed on the lower-right corner of the radio/navigation head unit faceplate? If the car is indeed a 2017 Prius Two Eco that was built for sale in the U.S. market, with original equipment, I’d expect this to be 510028. That head unit doesn’t have built-in navigation capability, but it might work with the Scout GPS Link app on a mobile phone, if that’s available in your country.
If the head unit does have navigation capability and a slot on the front for a microSD card, perhaps you could buy the card that works with the Panasonic head units(*) that Toyota sells in G.C.C. countries—but I have no way to know if this card would be compatible, nor whether it would contain maps for Jordan. I mentioned this microSD card before, and I believe a more recent Toyota part number is 86271-60406. If you do get one and try it, please tell us whether it works or not.

(* If cost doesn’t matter, you could buy the head unit, too, Toyota part number 86804-47360.)
That’s unfortunate, because if they don’t, it’s unlikely that anyone else has better information about a question specific to your country. Toyota’s distributors have exclusive territories, and in general, they’re careful not to infringe by supporting customers in other regions.
Don’t let me stop you from trying the site that @jzchen kindly posted, but I’d be very surprised if it’s a Garmin system. The head units for model year 2017 Prius cars sold in the U.S. were made by Panasonic, and according to the Navigation System Owner’s Manual (PDF), the “Map database is made based on AISIN AW maps, whose information source comes from HERE maps.” Neither HERE Technologies nor AISIN AW sells maps for Toyota vehicles directly, by the way—in the U.S., the updates are sold at Toyota dealers (PDF).
Garmin has been a major supplier of GPS receivers for many years, but it was wasn’t founded until 1989, by which time GPS development was far along. The GPS contractors mentioned in the 1992 Collier Trophy citation were The Aerospace Corporation, Rockwell, and IBM Federal Systems.

i will try to install it , but according to the navigation system installed already I think it will not work, as the navigation system it seems build for USA only not for any other region , but i will try and will update you soon.

Ahh, if it is a USA model imported then might not work. A majority here are US owners and nobody seemed to acknowledge it works with theirs. Sorry but still hoping!

It is 510053 , i'd tried Scout application already, it didn't work as it hang on my mobile, and it is for USA or CANADA only.

    upload_2020-11-1_0-2-1.png

Is it mandatory to be this part number , is it available online to buy?
I don't know if what i'm thinking is correct or not, if i got any SD card , for sure the map is installed in as a (xxx.**) so I can copy or import the maps package to the SD card, like any file or program and the navigation system will read from it. i'm searching since two weeks actually for the installation package i could find one for Europe region here ( My Toyota | Toyota UK) , however no middle east .

    upload_2020-11-1_0-24-17.png

but what i'm wondering is that the SD card part number really matter? and the navigation system will not read from any other SD card?
another Idea is the Android Auto , usually in ford cars it is compatible with Android Auto application , as you know will turn the car to an Android system which will allow you to use the navigation normally.

i'll try it and will update you here hope it will work as I'm really disappointed :(:(

I can't say this is an official map nor whether it is actually updated maps. The Ford SD cards sold online are usually hacked and possibly old data. Original Ford SD can not be overwriten.

That’s an interesting find. It almost certainly isn’t from Toyota; I wouldn’t expect a genuine Toyota part to mention a Gmail address, seen in the video at 1:30.

I imagine someone has taken a Middle East map database—from an edition of the Toyota microSD card that I mentioned above in post #7, or possibly from some other source—and adapted it for use with U.S. head units. Considering that the U.S. and G.C.C. head units for fourth-generation Prius cars, at least with the 7-inch display, are all made by Panasonic, it’s not a huge surprise that this would be possible.
I’ve seen reports that Toyota has taken measures to frustrate the unauthorized copying of microSD cards, and I understand you can’t just copy the files to your own card, but I haven’t looked into this further myself. As seen in the video @jzchen kindly shared, however, perhaps Toyota’s protection isn’t fully effective.
The parts catalog shows that the microSD cards for the G.C.C. are updated every year; before 86271-60406, there was 86271-60405, 86271-60404, 86271-60403, and 86271-60402. I don’t know if any of those cards would work in the U.S. head unit (510053), or if you’d have to get either the G.C.C. head unit (510055, 86804-47360) or a card from an unofficial source.

If you already tried here like you mentioned the local dealer:

    Spare Parts | Toyota

I'd start trying to contact Toyota in Japan...

Part number 86271-60406 is listed in the substitution file on a Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog disc, which shows that it superseded 86271-60405 as of August 2019. (My disc may be out of date; perhaps there’s an 86271-60407 by now.)

Amayama Trading offers part number 86271-60405 from their U.A.E. branch for just under $400 (U.S.). For 86271-60406, they show “Permanently out of stock,” but that message appears for any part number not in their file; you could inquire with them or your local Toyota dealer.

I emphasize that I don’t know if any of these cards works with head units, such as the one in your car, from the U.S. market, nor the age or coverage of the map and points-of-interest databases they contain.
