I took my wife's '16 Prius-C in for 60k maintenance, was running fine.
Drove it off the lot and it was running really rough, so we brought it right back. The tech stated that the computer needs to be reset after a throttle cleaning, and I could have it back tomorrow.
I took a look under the hood, I believe something is missing, what do you think? I'll admit I don't mess with her Prius much (My wife won't let me, but she's right not to, by the way I take care of my truck) so it's not so obvious to me what might be wrong, but that exposed hose seems pretty suspect. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with engine copmpartment on Prius C, but I do know that resetting the computer takes 5 minutes and for them to not only deliver a car that wasn't properly repaired and then make you wait another day for something that takes 5 minutes to do is something I'd be going full Karen on with the manager. It's sloppy lazy work and speaks to the lack of integrity of the shop that did the work.

Same on friend's Prius C 2014. No actual hole to the hose there. The stealership messed up.
