Three questions re the Cusco sway bars (pardon any replication!): roughly how much stiffer than stock is the rear bar; about how much more than stock does it weigh; and is it ok to do just the rear, or will that cause too much oversteer? (My aim is mainly to reduce body roll)
    Thanks!

2010 prius, added the toyota trd anti-sway in the rear and the cusco front strut brace, the difference to me was like night and day.
    Next, going to upgrade to 17"x7.5. 20201104_173309.jpeg 20201104_173324.jpeg 20201029_173708.jpeg

And a fourth question on sway bars: will installing only the rear bar mess up the Toyota Safety Sense?

The rear anti-sway bar is the trd toyota.
No issues with anything and that alone got rid of a lot of body roll.
The front cusco strut brace improved my steering, but just the rear anti-sway bar will improve handling.

I recently lowered my prius using H&R springs and I noticed even more improvement on handling. Pic is my prius lowered about 1.5"

My next step is going to 17x7.5 rims with 225/45. 20201111_130036.jpeg

Any report yet on the rear sway? And any plan to replace the front? I'm still wondering whether replacing only the rear will interfere with the stability-control program.

Jonathan, I asked Boulder Hybrids (generally reliable) here about the stock Prius rear sway bar (an interest of mine because I'd prefer tubular), and they said it's solid.
Meanwhile, I'm eager to hear your further analysis of the effect of your Cusco rear bar! I'd really like to reduce body roll, & would like to know whether I need the front bar in addition.

If I'm reading the Cusco online catalogue correctly, the front bar is even stiffer (+89%, while the rear is +50%)

Have the rear Cusco bar on my Gen4 now, and my (naive, seat-of-the pants) impression is, there's a moderate--certainly not radical--reduction in body roll. Seems like it may correspond to the +50% stiffness increase stated in the Cusco catalogue. So it's done what I wanted, and my mild qualms about possible oversteer are allayed.

PS--Thanks to 2020XLEAWD for weighing in! And if you got those motion-control beams, I'd be interested in how you like them.
