Not sure if it’s been asked, I’ve looked but can’t find it....

I own a 21’ Prime Plug In and I’m wanting to lower it. I don’t see very many options out there for springs and I’m curious about this right here....

I found someone on here that used the RSR Down Sus lowering springs for the 2016+ Prius (Part T580D) but only because they still hadn’t made a set for the 2017+ Prime (Part T581D).

My question is, are they interchangeable? The 2016+ lowers it 1.2inch to 1.4inches in the front and 0.8inch to 1.0inches in the rear compared to the 2017+ being 0.8”-1.0” in the front and 0.6”-0.8” in the rear.
AND I WANT MORE LOW (lol).

Battery is heavier in the back which requires different springs. You can have Hybridpit obtain the RSR springs that you need. They are located in Buena Park.

The fronts are significantly lower on the 16’ though. I just wanna make sure it’s as low as the one for the 16’.

I'm in the same boat as you are and having a hard time deciding between the two but after searching and reading about this thread: - Prius Prime lowered on RSR Down Sus | PriusChat

I'm now leaning towards the RSR T580D but my guts also tells me just get myself some coilovers.
