I'll post in this group also this thing has been a pain in the a$$.
Cleaned everything and I mean everything
Replaced both 02, plugs, map, mass......etc
Only thing not replaced is the egr solenoid
Now it runs worse the codes will not clear it rattles like it's going to throw a rod on shutdown
I've been working on these for 5yrs now and the only thing I'm coming to a conclusion on is A. Wiring harness B. Pcm control module
If you clear the codes the same ones return in health check but its always switching around
First two pictures are last night
Last is before I started. Now granted it was overfilled with oil so everything had to be pulled cleaned and replaced 20201119_171442.jpeg 20201119_172518.jpeg 20201108_130722.jpeg

So went through everything a 3rd time including wiring harness, voltage checks.....etc
To the best of my knowledge its the cats are to the point of stopping up
Removing the pipe allows the car to run smoothly as it should

Sounds like you have it under control. On my post above, "delete" is what I wish Priuschat would allow me to do on that comment, which was different at first.

Let's revisit my issues since I'm bouncing in between a few Prius I've replaced the stopped up cat and the car runs better but same codes not able to be cleared
Voltage issues is my main issue I've replaced the 12v cleaned all the grounds and am currently tracing the harness
If you look back to my previous pictures all my cades are referred to a low voltage issue so upon breaking out the voltmeter I've found that not a single sensor has 12 volts
Any more ideas would be appreciated

Traced back all the harness and wiring no faulty grounds or broken wire or connections.
No 12 volt main power to any of the sensors with ignition on or in accessory mode
With most the codes they should at least clear till the car is cranked.... MAF and EGR solenoid especially
But since there is no 12v power initially running to them they will not clear
Most only show a 5-8.7 volt power source
I'm leaning to faulty ECU module
If anyone would like to 2nd my diagnosis or has any other ideas im listening

Are you getting 12volts to the ecu?
If not, check harnesses. I believe there is a fuse on the battery?
You can't JUST check for voltage, you have to check the connection under load.
Many bad batteries will show 12+ volts across the terminals, then turn the lights on
and it drops to 9 or less.

If that wire harness was cut, you should search for others.
"IF" it was running before, then sat, and now there is a cut harness,
seems like it was done on purpose, by some nasty neighbor.

I would slowly go over every harness, inside the car also.

I have a load tester its definitely getting 12 volts of power
The fuse on the battery terminal is intact
The main 12 volt power to the fuse block is there as well as the power source to the ecu

Okay, then you are NOT getting 12v OUT of the ECU?
Have you tried supplying 12v to the output of the ECU and see if the car runs?

The car runs...... but rough and CEL warnings on dash
Showing low voltage issues to the maf, brake system, front O2 sensor, traction control, and to the EGR solenoid

Check the ground connections. You might have to remove them and clean them.

It seems the only common thing is the IGN 10 amp power source or perhaps a common ground. I doubt a new engine ecu would fix low voltage on the ABS/Traction System.

    This is on a gen3 v:

I know you checked the fuses, but maybe change them out with known good one.
Maybe there is one or more that appear good, but under load the separate.
    I'be been there before. :)

I cleaned all the ground sources including the painted surface in the trunk where the battery ground connects I may end up going back through the fuses as you suggest thanks for your help
