I have a 2006 Prius...headlights are really dim on the low setting, but the bright lights are good. The lens is not really all that cloudy. Also, today I noticed that the dash lights and the computer display was fading in and out but still functioning. Is this a problem with my 12v battery getting low??
No. The flux capacitor is getting weak. Get the battery tested.......and it's main connections. Also test the charging voltage. After 14 years, the bulbs themselves might be wearing out too.
