2010 Prius 3 check hybrid system, engine code P0094?

i have a 2010 Prius, i just got the head gasket replaced a few months ago, was having a misfire and leaking coolant that was fixed, not the Prius died on the highway, hybrid battery drained two bars, pulled only one engine code P0094 which was for a fuel leak detected, i replaced with a used fuel pump from another crash Prius, after install disconnected battery and pulled orange plug for reset, still showing code P00094 even after clearing and "check hybrid system" please and one with information can help, I'm really in a pickle

 

my scan reads P0094, but i cant seem to find any information on this code for Prius am i mis reading this code for P0A94? which is an interverter failure?

 

anyone else familiar with a P0094? code bump
