@PriusCamper I had work shoes on but by the time I got confused with the batteries my feet got sweaty and removed them but thanks for the reminder.

Hey man I just finished my install tonight and had the same issue.. you will need to go 14 closest to the ecu and 1 farthest. This will give you+-+-+-+ starting with+ and ending with-. My pack is now in and working great!! Have questions on me as I asked 2k a bunch today.

Like for like. That's al there is to it.

You need to arrange the modules so the main positive connection is where the old main positive connection was and the main negative connection is where the old main negative connection was. There are only 4 possible orientations total for modules in sequence and that aren't upside down. Only 1 of them allows for like-for-like. That's the one you want.

Thank you, I was confused with the manual, wasted half a day being confused, will start asap, and by the way where did you find a replacement positive cable as it is tad but small and won't reach the first module, and withtwith wiring harness did u use 7-1 to 7-7 on the side with breaker cable, thank you.

I was confused by the manual which said module 1 closest to ECU for gen2 and module14 for gen3 and I have a gen2 and module1 was negative.

Your cable will work. And for the sensor wires one side starts sooner than the other so that is the side with the positive lead. If your in the us and need to call me DM me and I'll talk.

That's great! No backlog, we have them in stock. We are only shipping 2-3 times a week because of COVID, next being tomorrow assuming the snow doesn't shut down the pickup.

@2k1Toaster Hey fast question, can your gen2 cells be used in a 2015 Prius? The site mention something about a different wiring harness. My catalytic converter was stolen and I live in California and it is not worth the asking price of $3,400 for install so I am looking at buying a 2015 and would like to at least have my battery pack. Thank you

The only difference between the 2 kits is the wiring harness and then how you install them. So if you buy a G3 you'd need a new wiring harness. You could keep your pack on the shelf, just charge it every few months until the OE pack dies. Or even just sell and re-buy when the time comes.

Yes. Official price is $100 because we fly them in for special orders to not rob from in stock packs. If you give me a few months notice, I'll get you one for free.

I'm going to go look at a Gen 3 in Saturday, I'll be testing the battery with Dr prius and will know if I just want to swap in my pack since I bought it in August and only has 3k miles on it. Anything I should watch it for on a 2015?? It has 200k miles like my 05 but cheap so have to do it.

Anyways I'm drifting asleep and will probably miss your response, sorry. I love your service and now have two gen 2 cars with packs that were dead on the road. Keep up the awesome service.

I don't have a Gen-3 myself. Prii are pretty tough vehicles. But Toyota did skimp on some of the hybrid components on the G3, like the inverter. This is in relation to over-engineering (i.e. leaving profits on the table) the G2. I'm sure no matter what you get, it will be a cool ride.
