Also, make sure the high beams (9005) will work with DRL. Test everything before you go out on the road: extended run (half hour or more) to make sure they don't burn out or overheat and melt surrounding plastics, no CEL, check the alignment to make sure you're not blinding oncoming traffic.

    I recently got these: hlxg H4 LED H7 H11 H8 HB4 H1 H3 9005 HB3 Auto Car Headlight Bulbs Motorcycle 8000LM Car Accessories 6500K 4300K 8000K fog lights|led h7|h4 ledheadlight bulb - AliExpress
A pair of LED replacement headlight bulbs for $11.68 including tax/shipping. I had looked at others on Amazon, but didn't want to pay $40+. "hlxg" brand on Aliexpress. 8000LM, 5000K color temperature, H11 size. They took a while to arrive, as expected. I installed 1 so far as a test and it looks good. The attached photo is a comparison of the LED replacement (left) and OEM (right). For reference, the headlight bulb burnt out in December 2019 (7 years of driving) at 55,000 miles (mostly city). Each does have a tiny fan inside that's barely audible - in some reviews of others, I saw complaints that the fans are loud or that they won't last long.

Just thought I'd put that out there as an example. I'll try to remember to update this whenever they stop working.

    Any effect on radio reception?

A pair I bought make so much electrical noise my radio can only pick up, like, the two strongest local stations whenever the headlights are on.

Interesting - I'll try to remember to check and report back here the next time I drive it, which might not be for a few days. I don't listen to the radio much.

Can i put LED's on the low beams, and leave the Halongen lights in the high beams? this does not creates a difference in current draw because the LED's are far more efficient?
