ABS actuator motor replaced teachstream software error air bleeding fail

    Replaced the ABS pump with a used one. If the one I purchased has the same or more DTC codes, would this indicate it is a bad ABS pump. I have attempted to bleed using the techstream software, but I get Air bleeding fail. Any in for this or links to the info would be greatly appreciated.

    I have realized I am having an issue with either the techstream software or the mini vci cable? Anyone had success with a mini vci cable for bleed ing the abs module after replacement?

    You wouldn’t be the first person to report problems; see this thread about a later model, for example.
    The Repair Manual (more info) cautions specifically against this, since the bleeding will be incomplete.
