I bought a new 2020 L ECO for $20,000 (plus TTL). Was that a good price?

I got red, because it was the only choice. I got that great price because it was the last 2020 on the lot, and they were desperate to sell it lol. I would not agree until I had them down to that price.

Sounds like a good deal. I used to sell cars at multiple dealerships way back. A 2020 at this point should be discounted as the 2021's are on the lot. Even tho they are pretty much the same car, if you were to try and sell each in 6 months from now, the 2021 would fetch $1500 or so more based soley on the year even with the same mileage, so you were right to demand the lower price. I prob overpaid some for my 2021 L Eco but I did a lease and didn't feel the need to work it to the absolute bottom. I make enough $$$ that I don't need or strangely even want to spend days or weeks battling dealerships trying to save the last few hundred dollars when the difference can be made up in one short, predictable shift at my work for a half day. Haha. Plus I'm saving so much dang money on gas now!!

Anyway, what is your MPG so far? I'm at 63.5 mpg over the last 1k miles and I got my car a little over a month ago. I'm in San Diego. We had a Prius C before too. This car is sooo much better MPG wise. Prius C was "cute." BTW, a TRD Yaris rear sway bar for about $120 really wakes up the handling of the Prius C. I prob posted about it on here years ago.

    Sounds good!

Depending on what part of LA you're in, you may want to start thinking about flats.
I don't know for sure but most cars with 'eco' in their name do not come with spare tires.

I've driven through LA a lot.
Not sure which would be worse.....
Getting a flat in town or miles away from town. ;)

    But first.....
    Savor the newness!

    Good Luck!
