2021 Prius Prime XLE How to Split Screen

    2021 Prius Prime XLE How to Split Screen?
    My 2018 Prius Prime had a split screen, where you could see the battery level and the car image where the power was coming from. I can't find it on our new 2021, nor could the salesman. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    It should be in your dash settings. Just navigate over to it using the right set of arrows on your steering wheel and go to the options that control metrics and such. There will be a screen options menu there.

    **Sorry, first cup of coffee today. My menu is still like this (2020 Prime), so unless they drastically changed the menus on the 2021 it should still be there.

    I’m having this same problem and I have the exact same model/year. Split Screen is just not on the screen customization menu. Brian, did you ever figure it out?

    Didn't someone mention that Split Screen for the speedo side of the MID was removed for 2021?

    I actually figure it out today on my first long trip! If you turn the RSA (road sign assistance) off it will allow you to put the main display into split screen.

    The video link above is for the 2017 PP model. For 2021 PP, you have to first turn OFF the RSA (road sign assistance). That's the new TSS2.0 feature that allows the car to reads road signs and display them such as the speed limit on the split-screen location. Once you turn it off, you can select other information to be viewed on the split-screen. This is a very bad implementation by Toyota, making you turn off a brand new feature (RSA) to see the other useful information on the screen.
