Cold engine shack issues

    I took it to the dealership and they said the head gasket was fine. They did a computer upgrade...does that even sound right?

    I wonder what they did? If a leak down test; that would be very definitive that all was ok, if they did it correctly and thoroughly. A big “if” though (back to post #2). The computer upgrade sounds like collateral. You’ll obviously continue to be listening closely, monitoring coolant; and will soon know if they’re just bluffing, hoping it’ll just blow away. Maybe it will; trust but verify.
