I noticed that my engine coolant and inverter coolant are a bit low. Can I just get some coolant from my Toyota dealership and top off both reservoirs or do I need to bleed both systems?

I have a 2014 Prius with about 73k miles on it.

IF.....the levels are not really below the LOW or ADD marks when cold, then they are not really "low" and you need to do......nothing.

But if it will make you feel better, then yes get some "pre-mixed" coolant from the dealer and top them up......when cold.

Thank ya'll. I'm getting my car recalled for the Inverter and reprogramming of the ecu (read: less MPG). Will pick up some coolant while at the dealer today.

IF......you have a decent dealer, THEY should top up the coolant while they have it.
And needing to do that more than once a year or so is NOT a normal thing.

I don't read it that way. You can if you want to.
