Need advice shopping for all season tires to replace stock P215/50R17 90W on my 2013 Prius V.
Driving style is grandma, not spirited at all. I'm all about hypermiling.

My short list came down to:
    1. Michelin - Pilot Sport All Season
    2. Michelin - Energy Saver A-S ($250 more compared to #1 once install price is factored in)

My only concern with Option #1 is Speed Rating: Y. Would this make my fuel mileage suck?
Google searches tells me top rated is the Michelin Energy Savers A-S for low rolling resistance.
I can live with a bit of fuel inefficiency but just uncertain how bad a Y-rated tire might be on fuel.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

We like the Continental PureContact in 225/50R17 98V. Same mpg as the OEM Toyo A20s.

I have a 2013 Prius V 5 and chose the Pilot P215/50ZR17 just last week.. I purchased this car pre-owned in 2020 with 44K on it and it had a set of Coopers on it. Driving it felt like I was driving a bag of hammers down the road as it was loud AF. Yes, I soundproofed it which made it quieter but the Pilots are the icing on the cake. Great tire and I cannot recommend it enough. I am a huge Michelin fan so I am biased and if you have significant time on this brand you know what I am talking about. I have been during for 30 years and have never found a tire that is worth the price of Michelin. These were 150.00 each at Costco for 45k miles which was far less than some others. I love my Prius V even more.
