    well , oddly - on our Chrysler & gm phev's - b mode (besides Dynamic region slowing the car when coming off the accelerator) simply increases regen .... regardless of whether the ice is off or on ....... & it has no effect of keeping the ICE on, if it happens to be running at the moment.
