Radiator fan low/high and ac compressor on/off

    Hello everyone
    I have prius 04 that got radiator fan running high and low all the time. While ac compressor sould like it on and off following the fan.
    It does cool Inside but not as strong.

    Please help.

    Just replaced the gas and oil while also cleaning the evaporator inside the dashboard. So the gas level should be good. Also I noticed the radiator fan on driver side stopped working due to carbon bushes but after changed fan it runs the same. High and low.
