Funny my Safety Connect say expires on Feb 2024, so one year from now trial expires and bills me or the trial expires 2024 ?

Do you have LE? XLE and Ltd have 3years free trial period. Depending on where you look, there are several conflicting information on how long the trial period is, but the publication by Toyota I posted on comment #6 says LE has only 1-year Safety Connect trial.

Yeah I have the XLE model  I wonder how much battery it uses to cool down or warm up the car when its fully charged. I'm gonna try today when its charged up. The car interior seems to retain the heat really well during the day.

You can read this thread to get some ideas. The actual amount of traction battery energy used for HVAC depends on many factors, but in general PP's heat pump is more efficient for cooling than heating. In my experience when the ambience temp is lower than 20F, the heat pump does not work effectively, and at or below 14F, it stops heating.

    Hi all,

New owner of a 2021 PP LE here (Prius #4 for our family!)

Toyota app (iOS) will not lock or unlock the car, nor will it start the HVAC. Lock/unlock buttons are simply missing (see screenshot) and the start button just generates an error. If I manually lock the doors and try the start button, it returns a different error.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks everyone!

I believe this function is only to cool and heat the car. I tried with car plugged in.

Yep, I just want to be able to adjust the temp with the car plugged in. No joy.
