I've been trying to get toggle switches that will fit into factory panels of 2011 prius. With no luck. Switches I have found on eBay that say they fit just don't.
I am trying to control low voltage usb led signs.

Anyone know which toggle switch actually fit.

There are ones you can get that are round, and you drill a hole in the blank panels....

I spent weeks researching this last year, made several purchases from eBay, and like you found -- nothing fits. I even tried ordering an OEM Toyota switch from Japan, but that was not the SPST that I was expecting.

Bottom line, ASRDogman is correct. I ended up drilling a hole and using this switch:
    www.amazon.com/gp/product/B012IJ38S6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you find a switch that fits, please circle back and update this thread, please.

    Thanks! :)
When I first go my Prius, I bought a usb/audio jack extender that fit perfectly.
I will search and see if it is still in my ebay history and can get the dimensions.
I remember measuring and searching for one with the measurements. Some "said" they fit,
    but the measurements were different.

Like Dogman, and of the mini rectangular switches will fit in a cutout. You can take the insert out and drill and cut it out or file the cutout to fit. If you make a mistake, you can buy replacement inserts.

Even better, if you have a milling machine, you can mill it out.

Any like these on Amazon will work.

Just be sure that you get .187 or 3/16 inch connectors as 1/4 inch ones will not fit well and secure.

These switches aren't toggles, but they snap right into the panel cutouts, and you can get them with a lot of different markings. Air-On-Board push switches for 2008 Sequoia

I used one for an AC power inverter installation:

Earlier, I had found a different source, rockerswitchpros.com, that would let you send in a graphic file and they would send a switch with that exact graphic. But they didn't do this size switch, at least not back then. They had the size that fit the Gen 1 Prius though.

That is about the most OEM looking switch I have seen. Looking forward to your report regarding fit and also whether the power light is good or annoyingly bright.

(someday I want to learn how they can sell what looks like a good switch and include shipping from China all for under four bucks. That's less that the delivery charge alone from the pizza place on my corner.)

Do they let you send the graphic file to engrave? (I looked kind of quickly, but wasn't sure I saw yes or no.)

Seems like you can send file to make but if you click, “Customs switches.” Then Small push switches. Then select choose from designs. I selected symbols series for the graphics I wanted.

I was able to make the button I wanted! Haha

Thought they didn’t make it for our buttons size. Oh I was wrong. Lol
