Left side of Dashboard lights all on - 2013 Prius

    See attached picture. All the left-side lights on the dashboard are on. Says I have a full tank of gas, 100MPG, all gears on, and going 188 MPH/KM. I thought maybe it was the 12v battery, but even after changing it out I'm still having the problem. Anyway to reset this, or do I need to take back to the dealer? Local mechanic can't fix. Thanks in advance.

    Is it running and driving?

    Did the mechanic check for obd2 codes?
