So I guess, I'm the only in America, that has a UV leak Detection kit?

Sam that's cool but its pretty easy to see since its bright red. If he cleans the entire bottom of the trans with carb cleaner till its spotless and wire brush all the pushed out red factory FIPG gasket material off the seam he will see real fast where its leaking.

Then I would make sure all the case bolts are tight.

I remember one other guy had a leak at hard to reach/see area and it was running down to the bottom of the trans. He used a borescope to get into the area and found it was a loose plate on the parking pawl area if i recall it properly. Think he had to remove the inverter to get to it.

If bolts are tight and its coming out of a seam i would just run a weld bead in that seam done deal.probably not much $$$.
    $40-50 cash?

My brother welds, so that’s not a bad idea. Have you heard of people welding transmissions?

    Sure.

but find out exactly where it’s leaking first. Clean the trans. Take good pictures. Use your iPhone magnifier photo app.
