Yet another Brake actuator + an additional noise problem!

    Hello,
    I bought an used 2008 prius recently, with what I believe is a bad brake actuator. It is losing pressure and thus making the usual chirping sound every 10 seconds when it builds back the pressure BUT I have an additional knocking sound that I cannot identify, it makes a knocking sound in the rear passenger side at the same time the actuator starts chirping away. I have been searching through the forums but nothing quite covers the additional sound I'm experiencing; to show this, I have attached a youtube link.
    One thing to note, the knocking sound changed a bit after replacing the rear brake shoes, it's faint but noticeable in the second part of the video.

    Well it just seems you have some brake issues. I would first address the actuator, then lubricate all the suspension and brake parts at the rear end of the car.
