    Hello,

I am a new Prius owner and I recently swapped out my driver side seat belt and installed a new 12v battery and my 2009 Prius has not started:

I put gas in to see if that was the issue but to no avail does anyone have any tips to help me out

    welcome!

how many miles on her? has it ever started? what is the history?

with prius, the computer systems need to be scanned with a proper obd reader, and the codes interpreted in the service manual trouble shooting tree.

it's tough to just try things hoping for a positive outcome.

if you want, check the 12v voltage at rest, and if it is 12.7 or better, check it at the jump point under the hood, to make sure it is the same.

but looking at all those lights, i suspect you have bigger fish to fry.

    all the best!(y)
