Well I got my car inspected. They ran a scan on the obdii sytem. It passed but had a light on when done. Had no light prior..Code 2237.bank one AF o2 sensor..
    2010 54,000 miles.
questions. Method for testing sensor bank one..anyone have resistance readings?
    2 white wires the heater?
Can it be removed from the bottom?
I'm guessing the signal from the sensor is not getting to the ecm?
electrical diagram that is readable and usable. What I've seen is a joke.

Thanks in advance....I've been a mechanic for 50 years experienced in electronics and auto systems..

Here you go, most likely you have a bad Air fuel ratio sensor... hopefully that's the only issue, or else it would be an ECM.

Assuming it's a factory Denso A/F sensor, I think you're going to find the 2 black wires are the heater circuit.

It may be possible to access from below but pulling the wiper tray makes for a completely unobstructed shot from above. Actual room to work and everything! BBB Industries' free tsb/wiring diagrams from their TECH section are usually decent but you do have to go through a short registration..

54k miles on a 2010? I'd try the Italian tune-up for a day or 2. Hit some long climbs on 91 with your foot smashed to the floor. Seriously...:D

[QUOTE = "210PRIUS, publicación: 2718616, miembro: 164253"] Bueno, hice que inspeccionaran mi auto. Hicieron un escaneo en el sistema obdii. Pasó pero tenía una luz encendida cuando terminó. No tenía luz antes ... Código 2237.Banco un sensor de o2 AF ...
    2010 54.000 millas.
preguntas.

Do you know if the spec is the same for the gen 2 AF sensor?

Great to know for my 2013 if ever needing, though I was wondering with my 2006 since I grabbed one from the yard.
