    This is the exact reason that the IRS set up NR to come before refundable. It allows the taxpayer to maximize the refundable credits.

    Yes, but with .gov tax code, I thought the complete opposite would be the case. I am very pleasantly surprised by finding out how generous our government is. LOL ;)
