If you're wondering if an engine hoist fit in a Prius......

    Had to pick one up today so I can start with the engine swap on my '01 Golf TDI in the next week or so.

    The only part that had me worried was the extendable arm that I should have removed, but I just covered it up and prayed it would not hit the glass on a big bump. Also, the car was noticeably slower and it affected the handling as well as all the weight was biased at the rear, though I never took a look at the car if the rear was now sagging because of it.

    Anyway, an engine hoist will fit in the back if you have no passengers there.

    I cannot wait to get my TDI running.
