Well, I got the itch for another project and I just picked up a 2005 Prius that sustained a slow hit from a plow truck. It damaged the front bumper, left fender, coolant recovery tank, and bent the strut but no other body or frame damage. I’m putting the car back together and cannot seem to find where this single plug goes. It’s on the same harness as the coolant recovery thermos and pump, but I don’t see any place to put it. Anyone have any idea? Thank you!

I'm feeling some kind of déjà vu. Isn't that for the wireless key beeper?

How many threads can we have where somebody asks about the plug for the wireless key beeper?

Edit: Boom! There's an earlier thread. Not even the one I was remembering, but it'll do.

    Surprisingly popular question.

Nailed it! I had Google searched various terms but wasn't coming up with anything. Since the part was completely missing I didn't have anything to go off of and I was really hoping to avoid tearing into my daily driver to compare. Thanks!

The thread I remembered and was hoping to find was the one finding it in the wiring diagram, as that works even when you don't have the part. Know that thread's around here somewhere....

Maybe this will be useful later on...
