Follow up: 3 email exchanges later, Toyota Canada is adamant: nothing to see here. Guess I should snap up one of them AWD’s with spare…

The V2H is a benefit of CHAdeMO in Japan, and I believe is available to any car with a CHAdeMO outlet, including some FCEVs like the Mirai.

The equipment isn't on the car. Except for the outlet, of course. It is a special home CHAdeMO charger. When I checked the prices for them a few years ago, they were in the $8000 to $10,000 range.

At least they removed the 120V outlet specification. It was listed in the 2020 model even though I couldn't find one in the actual vehicle.

But there are two errors on the "Features" page.

    1. One of the photos shows a Prime dashboard with 37.8km EV range remaining
    2. There are now 9 airbags but the "Safety" section of the "Features" page says 8. The specifications page is correct, listing 9 airbags.

Just a small update considering the Europe (Czech) version of Prius PHV 2021 (Prime) ... i.e. what I got wrong :-D
We have no online functionality, no MyT, no online stats, no online tracking of your vehicle, no remote charging schedule - sadly Toyota is using the same legal loop as Suzuki and others - only new NEW models need to have eCall, 2019+ Corolla needs to have it, 2017+ Prius Prime does not need to have it. Sad, I really loved this feature on Corolla.
We have blinkers in side mirrors! Yay!
No heating for steering wheel (personally do not mind it, it was horrible in Corolla).
We have no plastic covers for wheels.
I miss the Hold function in slow traffic.
We have great fenestrated leather seats - my butt is happy :-D

Overall I am really happy with this small upgrade, with two small nitpicky things ... man, Prius Prime is HEAVY + you can spin those 15" eco tires in rain, on hill, quite easily.

Is it vented seats, meaning it cools as well as heats by HVAC. I know the Japanese version of Prius PHV has that option, but not in the US. I don't know if any of the Prius lineups in the US has that feature. I have vented seats on our PathHy, I love it.

Yeah had to look that up; sounded ominous, lol. Means having openings, pores, mesh.

It's used on headphones as a description of cup material, :) I really hoped it's used in car industry as well.
I will have to test it, but I believe seats are not ventilated on my model.
There certainly is no dedicated button for seat ventilation ... will test it tomorrow :) + I just checked manual, no mention of ventilated seats.
