Hello I am selling my 2009 prius touring.

The car has a clean california title, and is the highest option available Package 6 and the last year true touring model available.

Car has 158k miles, I purchased this car from a Judge that retired in Pasadena.

The following has been changed by me:

    1) inverter pump (original Toyota) 1/1/2021
    2) 3 way pump (original toyota) 1/1/2021
    3) cleaned hv fan and added hv filter (original) 1/1/2021
    4) Transmission drained and filled 1/1/2021 toyota ws
    5) Transmission drained and filled 2/1/2021toyota ws
    6) Ac condenser cleaned, and added 134a refrigerant barely any was needed, ac blows ice cold heater blows hot
    7) changed and burped the ice coolant and inverter coolant. 1/1/2021
    8) brembo rotors and pads and new toyota brake fluid 1/1/2021
    9) new tires 1/1/2019
    10) ice water pump 1/1/2019
11)toyota original air filter, spark plugs, and pcv valve changed 1/1/2021
    12) headlight hid bulbs were changed using original Phillips HID bulbs, and foglight were change with h11 Phillips bulbs
    13) front and rear toyota wipers installed
    14) cleaned throttle body, mass air flow sensor, and fuel injectors.
    15) brand new oem toyota gas cap
    16) new oem cabin filter
    aftermarket parts added
    1) s2000 Honda shorty antenna
    2) weather tech floor mats and trunk mat
    3) 50% tint all windows except windshield (did it for the uv protection although the car came standard with uv protection)

Only used mobil 1 5w/30 with original toyota filter every 3k miles, car might lose 1/4-1/2 quart every oil change depending on driving conditions, toyota states 1 quart every 600 mi is normal.

Car is on the original hv battery and abs accumulator. The battery holds good charge and functions normal, the abs pump makes noises but works perfectly otherwise, I can install one a used abs accumulator with 100k miles on it that makes no noises for $375 but highly recommend waiting until this one fails as Ive seen these fail closer to 200k and/or surpass 200k.

This is a perfect 1st car for someone, still averages 42-45 mpg and definitely a well made vehicle thats been proven time and time again to surpass 300k.

The car has not been into any accidents, however holds some typical scratches and very minor dents for a car this age, the rear spoiler has started to fade but I have waxed it.

The interior shows very little wear other than the driver side bolster, there are no rips or holes.

I have all receipts, books, all keys, everything works and trim pieces and everything that came with the car in 2009 is included now.

I will take it to any inspection mechanic of your choice and you are more than welcome to inspect the car yourself.

The only reason I am selling is because I dont really need a fuel efficient car I have my other car that I enjoy.

This car is perfect for students, uber drivers and more has so much more life left and one of the last few that are well kept.

please feel free to ask me any questions, car title is ready and up to date.

There are no hidden codes on car, no check engine light no problems whatsoever. The car runs and drives perfectly.

KBB lists this car in excellent condition at $8,900, I am asking $7900.

Are you a car dealer? Is the car in your name? You just bought it from a retired Judge? And now you're only selling it because you don't need it?

No I am not a dealer and of course it's under my name, dealer wouldn't put all that money onto repairs/maintenance, they would do the bare minimum. I never needed it from the first place I got it from my co-workers dad who was a past judge for the city of Pasadena. He retired after the pandemic struck and didn't want to continue to pay for insurance on this car.

Could not edit original post so I added a few more things here, the headlights have been resealed with sealant, so they do not leak and cause HID issues very common problem/fix thanks to PriusChat diy tutorials. I also added some sealant to the rear roof, there are absolutely zero leaks, another thanks to prius chat for the diy tutorials.
