Dash cluster

Hey all been doing the unplug 12v fix for a few months and now want to fix it. I bought the part and watched all the videos. I have the experience and ability to DIY it but to be honest I dont have the desire to rip the dash apart (in other words wife wants a pro to do it lol)

Anybody doing the repair in the north east or Ohio area I can drive to. Not thilled with the dealership option on a $2 resistor.

 

Btw I am in Pittsburgh but not afraid to put some miles on to get this done

 

Ok sorry to keep posting on my thread but I found the solution

Right after I got this Prius this spring the battery went and I went with a refurb battery from "The Hybrid Doctor" out of Virginia. They drove up to Pittsburgh Pa and installed it at 10pm at night (they were making a few install runs that day) cost and warranty (2 years) blew me away. Called him up to see if he knew anyone on the east coast to do the meter.

Well he does meter so I figured I would be driving down to him. Nope. I will have to wait a few weeks and keep doing the 12v shuffle but his next run up this was in a few weeks he is going to stop by and fix my dash for an amazing price.

If you are not a DIY kind of guy or like me wife wont let you tear into the project do a search for their web site. You wont be disappointed
