Brightest red 2825 LED tail light bulbs?

    What red LED bulbs have you used to replace the tiny and rather low brightness 2825 bulbs in the tail lights?

    You don't want the tail lights to be brighter than the factory incandescent lamps though and they should be a good factor less bright than the brake lights. It is very jarring following a car that has its taillights as bright as brake lights.

    These for the backup lights. Very bright, lights it up real good for the backup camera.

    I think the point made above about not having too bright tail lights is a good point as it’s distracting to drivers behind you and makes the brake lights less obvious.
    The bright backup lights however is a good idea.
