HV battery

So, out of the blue, I heard someone in the neighbourghood with a Prius 2011 had a serios accident making his car a total loss. He was offering his 2016 battery for sale. I offered to buy it for 1100 US$ (which is half the
price for a new battery in Israel) after I check its quality.

First I checked the battery:
1. Checked the date code on the cells and it said 24/1/2016.
2. Check the bus bars - all were shining and clean.
3. Checked the voltage drop under 5A load for 2 minutes and all cells showed the same drop of ~0.3V.
4. Checked for error codes using Dr. Prius app - no codes.

Once the check was completed succesfully I swapped the batteries and immeidately noticed:
1. The ICE stops 2-3 seconds at the traffic light... (no as I used to have 10-15 sec with the old battery)
2. The transition from EV to ICE smooth
3. Improved MPG - still checking this out

Used the "Hybrid Assitant" app to gather some data and compare to old battery - see picture attached.

So - no cells swapping and no balancing for now...I have few years of new battery.
