Prius creaking squeak sound while braking

I am trying to troubleshoot a sound on my 2010 Prius that has been occurring for quite some time now. I currently have 220,000 miles on it. I got my brake pads and rotors replaced this past week hoping it would fix the squeaking sound, but for some reason it is still continuing to squeak.
I have found that the car usually squeaks when the car is coming to a stop (10mph-0mph). I have also heard it when the brake is pushed when the car is at a complete stop to switch to from Park to Drive. A slow stop and a hard stop both causes the short squeaking sound. The squeak sounds like it is coming from the driver side of the car and I can feel a little vibration each time the car squeaks. I am planning on taking it back to the shop this weekend to see if they can figure out what is causing it. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem before and if they know what could be causing it. Here are some videos I took of the squeak below.
