Every manufacture that produces equipment around the world using HC refrigerant all recommend vacuuming in the system down sub 500 µm.
Last couple years the majority of all prep tables for food and restaurants and those big true refrigerators and freezers inside restaurants are now I’ll come in with HC refrigerant inside of them Your a hoe Kosaki ice making machine everything Small are coming with HC refrigerant C and they all require vacuuming down the system.

There’s not gonna be no mold growing inside any refrigerant system. Because of the high sterilization temperature produced at the heat of compression as the oil and refrigerant pass-through the compressor would be sterilized every time like going through an oven.

And I am well aware of that certain particular manufacturer who is putting off the HC refrigerant to unknowing lack of knowledge consumers on the Internet and their instructions specifically do not vacuum the air conditioning system.

But I personally see nothing wrong with hydrocarbon refrigerant used in automobiles it could be used in an excellent way through a heat exchanger chilling glycol down to 20+ degrees Fahrenheit and then with a water pump with a variable displacement controlling the temperature of the evaporator in the passenger compartment of the glycol not to cause freeze up of the evaporator.

They already have prototype systems and use by various manufacturers with that exact same method nothing new it’s old-school.

Audi has in production a system right now that feeds Compressor discharge right into a plate heat exchanger with glycol to cool down the compressors discharge gas.
