I bought my 2010 Prius from a Toyota dealership 2 weeks ago. When I was test Driving, I heard clunking on the steering wheel. They said something wrong with the steering column and they will fix that. So, when driving I felt my Prius pulled to right which I thought was probably due to the same issue. Yesterday, they replaced the column and did wheel alignment and the steering is quite smooth now. However, the pulling problem still remains. The pulling is worse in uneven surface. The resting position is tilted right and the more slanted the road is to the right the more it pulls. This problem doesn't happen in a smooth surface. I drove in my parking lot, and also in a smooth driveway and the steering kept straight. It's only happening on uneven surfaces. Any idea on what might be wrong here?

can you describe the uneven surfaces in more detail? i don't think any car can be expected to track straight on uneven surfaces.
have you checked the tires pressure?

Yeah, what ya mean by the resting position?

Please try again, it's hard to imagine what is going on so far.
edit And if you have the alignment report that might help determine if maybe it needs a cam kit or something else,

I know on my 3rd gen what helped was a tire rotation, but it turned out i had a bad tire after the fact (couldnt spot the issue before the rotation but it was bad even before then)
