If anyone is curious, this is what happens when you drive with the front fender liners missing….

Idaho may not destroy cars the way salt on roads on east coast does, but the Prius I worked on that was from Idaho looked like this everywhere I pulled a panel or a cover off. People don't realize how brutally harsh the dust of Idaho really is!!! But that photo brings back memories of one of the nastiest Prius I ever worked on...

This is a gen 2 along with the fender liner missing it looks like the whole nose is off the car The rubber part that would certainly be a disastrous hit I've run without the fender liners quite a bit I do run down dirt roads my GPS is set not to avoid them and I'm in the southeast United States I think the general Lee etc when the fender liners out the car gets like that but I'm strange I hose the car off everyday every evening when I get in just because I live on a dirt road or I'm near dirt roads all the time and I just like to wash all that dirt off it just sprays right off really quickly gone

Actually I just got it from the PO where it spent its whole life in Reno Nevada.... possibly even worse than Idaho!

I already changed and tossed the old one. it was pretty bad. the airbox not so much.

ee-gads! I can't make heads or tails of this run on sentence. Anyway I was after the headlight housing when I discovered this mess. It's a good thing I got it cheap!

I don't know, Ask the previous owner. I think he may have passed though.

No, The PO lost it. I just got this car.

Rock Auto fender liners are $#ite!!! extra thin and barely fit. its worth it to get factory.
