Stream Music?

    Is it possible to stream music via blue tooth from my cell phone, to my 2017 Prius Prime Advanced sound system?

    I have a 2018 Advanced and stream via Bluetooth without issue but I have an iPhone.

    I have my cell phone linked to my Prius Prime Advanced for making/receiving calls, but how so I stream music from my phone?

    Set your car to input Bluetooth.
    Play music on the phone but make sure it’s set to direct output to your car. If you have an iPhone you do that in control panel.

    Thanks for your help. I don't have an iPhone but found it worked fine with my Android phone.

    Android auto is an utter disappointment, and sometimes annoying. It tells me I can't do some things while the car is in motion. And, my phone is faster than in-dash car GUIs. Tried a new Prius, Hyundai Accent and VW Touareg Android Auto in rental cars. Won't pair to that junk ever again
