I noticed these two white splotches below the H and L ports, which I assume is some sort of refrigerant leak from the HVAC system. Anyone seen this before? Is it something that needs to be fixed?

Leaks of the shrader access valves is quite common. I'd have them replaced. There are shops that have tools that can replace them without discharging the system.

Seems like something that should be covered under warranty, no? The car isn’t even a year old yet.

I've never seen white splotches due to a refrigerant leak. Oil dissolves in the refrigerant and circulates through the system. An oil spot is a sign of a leak. I don't know what the white is, but it isn't refrigerant.
