I know.

I bought the car with a salvage title once I saw how minor the damage was.

I googled my Vin number and on images, my car came up under the photographs.

When I clicked on the link, it was the official insurance website that showed at least 10 other 2010 Prii that have been totaled with photographs.

This is what I found interesting: every single Prius listed had a MSRP value of $21,000 new and was listed as a “Prius I” no matter what the trim line was.

That’s majority of them were level three are higher but still at that one price point for totaling out the vehicle.

Oh no I paid $12,000 for the car last October, everything was fixed.
Ran beautifully.

I put another $3000 into it by giving it a major tuneup, EGR CLEAN, new inverter fluid and pump, paint correction and new tires.

This Prius is in perfect shape everything has been done.

 

I bought the car not the title.

It's better than most clean title Prii on the road today.

 

You make it seem like I made a bad purchase decision… This was what the car looked like when I bought it that day.
