I drive 2006 Prius. I just replaced the hybrid battery last night but here comes the new problem.

When I turn the Power on, I hear three clicking noise (at 2 sec in the uploaded video), and when I turn Power off I hear two popping noise (at 22 sec in the uploaded video).

Actually right after I installed a hybrid battery, I already heard these noise when I tested battery even before I assembled the other things back. Do you think this hybrid battery has some problem or the other parts in the car? Or is it normal noise?

    Thanks in advance.

Normal. The system main relays are there inside the battery enclosure. They always make three clicks when bringing the car READY, and click again when turning it off.

We had a very similar thread just a few months ago. Sometimes people can own and drive the car for quite a while without noticing the clicks. They're a lot more noticeable when you have stuff removed from the back (like when you're doing a battery replacement), and they can be the kind of thing that, once noticed the first time, you can't go back to not noticing. :)

Going READY is a sequence, first the precharge relay SMR1, simultaneous with SMR3, then SMR2 after the precharge, then SMR1 dropping out, the third click.

Turning the car off is just SMR2 and SMR3 dropping out. Sometimes they're so simultaneous it's more like hearing one fat click, but really it's two.
