I started the alternate thread because the Primes are different in a number of the battery and MG PIDs. I had a 2014 PiP before the Prime and used Torque with the Gen III csv of PIDs curated by USBSeawolf. In the second post on this alternate thread I attached a spreadsheet with a breakdown of the PIDs that I had used previously that are not responding or in some cases where I think the formula may have changed. I am still waiting for an update to the Torque Scan utility to try my hand at scanning broadly for responses, but thus far I have had no response from the developer. Meanwhile though most of the standard PIDs and some of the extended PIDs did not change from Gen III to Gen IV of the plugin version of the Prius so feel free to try Torque and download the Gen III PID csv as a starting point.

I got steering angle from 0x7B0, DLC:8, DLC content: 022116
and from 794, DLC:8, DLC content: 022105 ~( I think the 7th and 8th bytes are the steering angle.)

I've been trying to track down Gen IV custom PIDs for Torque Pro, but keep hitting dead ends, like this thread. I will be assisting my daughter with a test drive of a 2016 Prius C this evening or tomorrow evening, and would like to record cell pair voltages and temperatures during acceleration, cruise, and braking cycles.

I see the Prius Prime PID thread, though it is unclear if this will actually work.

Is there a Gen IV custom PID set working somewhere? If so, please share the link. TIA!

She is now looking at two high mileage Prius Twos, one a 2016 and another a 2017.

Does anyone have working custom pids for Gen 4 Prius that show individual cell groupings (preferably to include voltage and temperature)?

The Hybrid Assistant App has a testing function, focused on voltage. Also measures temps.

You could probably use also dr prius ...
it works with many models and accepts some low cost interfaces.

Any updates on PIDS for Torque Pro on Gen IV? This thread is a bit old, but resurrecting on hopes that there may be some news out there.
