Just bought a 2018 PP a couple days ago, and love it. Still working out controls, and came across a switch on the far right above the shifter that indicates seat heaters; (this is separate from the two front seat heater switches hidden under the "flying bridge"). Pushing this switch opens a display on the multi-info screen that toggles between "Driver's seat" with graphic showing just that, and "all seats", with graphic showing all four seats. The "all seats" indicates OFF, while driver's seat show ON. The small section in the manual does not mention this at all, and I've found nothing in these forums either. Can anyone tell me more?

That’s not the heater switch. That button is the “S-Flow” button (smart flow). You can toggle between “driver only”, “front seats” and “all seats” for climate vents. Switching to driver only saves a little bit on energy as only the vents around the drivers blow air (but the passenger side vent by the window will blow too to keep the windows clear).

If you’re using AUTO, S-Flow will automatically switch between driver only and front seats.

Yep, @Tideland Prius nailed it. It would be nice if Toyota had such a switch for controlling the seat heat as well. For newer than I think 2020(?), the seat heat switch is now located on the center console top surface making them much easier to reach than earlier models. But now, it is so easily turned on or off accidentally as I place a phone or other thing on the console over the switches.
