Head Lights no longer turn off with car

    2014 Prius V: Put in new 12V battery to fix issue with car not shifting into gear (new brake switch as well). Car drives well now and ODB Torque app shows car with zero faults, and all fuses checked good under dash and under hood using VOM but:

    1) Head lights no longer turn off when I turn off the car and lock it using the FOB. I need to switch off head lights manually.
    2) no windows will operate (All windows are up but none move when switch is pressed in either direction even if I hold down or hold switch up for 30 sec.
    3) Traction indicator icon on dash (swerving car icon) has been on for a week and will not turn off. HAve driven for 400 miles with it stuck on.

    Having trouble turning on my techstream. Could be my software version timed out. Will be trying to get that going again.
