Dr. Prius Results... are these normal?

    good morning, I'm new here, reading here reminded me of the dr prius application. I installed it and it gives me this result, my car does not start. can i repair the battery? or is it necessary to buy another?

    Your 12 volt battery shows 11.7 . that right their will cause all kinds of weird stuff to go on, it will cause the hybrid battery to discharge faster than normal, it will cause intermitting not ready, it will cause the engine to rev up and down when you release the gas pedal, it will have you thinking theirs something wrong hybrid bat all kinds of stuff and you only had to get or charge your 12 volt battery and it all goes away and acts normal. i learned the hard way on that one
