Has anyone found the Toyota part number for the Horizontal Cargo Net?
I thought some folks back east had found one, but now I cannot find the thread or the cargo net.

I'd get one of these too - I find that restricting items to the floor is more convenient than placing in the net at the rear.

I found one at Conicelli Parts Centers.. site below

Don't you hate it when your stuff rolls around while you're driving? The Cargo Net is your answer - it's easy to install and even easier to use.

The Conicelli one seems to be the vertical net. Is it interchangeable?

bruceha_2000, the opening picture on the home page says '04 and has a picture... I see what you mean, but I think the net is for an '04...

    net

I bought the cargo net which is vertical and is of marginal help. The above horizontal net looks great. I'd get one too.

    Cargo Net

I believe that everyone that has gone into a Toyota Dealership has looked at the 04 Prius display. It is there that the horizontal net is seen. I have asked the parts department here and they are unable to find any part number for this item.

I kept the net from my Hyundai santa Fe when I sold it 8) and it fist well. I guess you can use most nets. I have bought the vertical net as well, but I have not yet fitted it as there are no instructions for the Prius (its a multi car extra).

I have seen such a net described in Toyota accessories, though I prefer the vertical net. The good news is you already have the attachment points installed.

There is a tire tie-down net included below the rear floor which you may wish to use instead of buying another accessory.

Also, page 197 of the 2004 Prius Owner's Manual describes the net and its use for keeping luggage in place (no extra charge).

Did you get a net to tie your tire down in back? I only got two straps to thread through the tire to hold it down. I got a late model '04, so maybe they changed to straps from a net. I would have preferred the net. :(
