    Hello all you Prius owners!
I just took delivery on a 2007 touring package 5! This car is amazing.
    I also have a 2006 Land Rover which i have for snowstorms/dogs/beach/camping...
But the prius is such a great car and i am really excited to have acquired on.
I got a Silver/Grey.. So, i just wanted to introduce myself. Seems as if you
guys are very satisfied with yours =)

Congrats. I picked up my non-Touring Package 3 on Thursday. Only 150 miles so far, but I'm loving it, and am actually at 49+ MPG, which I hear is pretty good for the first tank. Enjoy!

I have not found anything to complain about on mine.

I did have to dig the Suburban out Thursday to pick up my wife's new Washing machine. They would not deliver it.

    Good touring to ya. :)

Thanks everyone for welcoming me. I will be sure you will all see me in different posts. I am so fascinated by the new baby of the household! Although, the only complaint is that i am about 6'1 and im definately not the most comfortable the way the steering wheel is placed. Oh well, the rest of the car offsets this factor=)

:) Here's another HAPPY 2007 Touring Edition Prius owner. Just delivered Saturday Nov 11th.

So far, I've managed to defeat the "reverse beep," program "all doors open" when I touch the driver's handle, replace the stock antenna with my 2" stubby one and program the HomeLink mirror to open my garage door. I have ordered Body Side Mouldings.

I bought a Package 6 Option A which includes Factory Installed Leather, Side Airbags, NAV system, JBL Audio, 16" wheels with Bridgestone Turanza tires, Bluetooth capability, Tire pressure sensors and other goodies. Note that "Packages" in the Texas 5-state area seem to differ from other U.S. regions. I suppose it's a function of Toyota's "Distributer System" that makes available accessories vary across the U.S.

I am pleased with the better ride and handling compared to the 2004 I traded, also *LOVE* the leather smell and higher-resolution of the MFD (although I miss the 4 MFD color choices I had on the 2004 - loved the BLUE!)
