Hi prius owners! i have a gen3 2010 prius that won't lock the doors anymore when i touch the finger sensors on the door handle, nether the top or the bottom sensor won't lock the car, on the passager door it does the same thing, i tried with the second key or changeing the key battery, but no luck so far, is there a fuse that can be blown? it's wierd because i can unlock the car by grabbing the handle but i can't lock it with the finger...

Did you try the pinch method by touching both top and bottom? That's my default method now as cold weather decreases the effectiveness of the sensor.

Does the "lock" button on the key fob still work?

Given that, on a 12 year old car, I don't think I would worry about it......too much or at all.
Other things likely will be failing soon too and some of them WAY more important.

did you do the 4 doors lock unlock, than back to the one door unlock switcharoo a few times and still no joy?
The instructions for the 2010 say to hold all 3 buttons on the fob 5-10 seconds to make the switch in both directions from 1 door to 4 doors and back again.
Of see if the repair manual can help you track down the what's going on.

Is there any response form the lock actuator when trying to use the handle sensors?
Have you tried taking off the inside door panel and pulling the electrical connectors yet? to begin diagnostics
Or finding the door handle part #? for possible clues of it's operation
