Techstream HELP!!

    I am new to TS and my VIM just arrived. I am off to a bad start.

    The first is an error that says TS cannot connect to the VIM....there is a red light on the VIM.

    The second issue is a screen that pops up asking for a registration key.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    What kind of Windows machine you using? My friend installed "windhorse driver" or maybe it was "xhorse" to make it work on my old win7 machine. Have you read all the thread on here about it?

    It is windows 10. I started reading some threads but nothing seemed to match my issues...maybe I will search some more.

    It's a difficult challenge... Main thing is there's specific windows updates that have the drivers and supporting services that you have to have. Check out some Toyota truck forums. There's way more Yoda truck tinkerers than Prius nerds.
