I'm here to ask for help with the name of a part and the best place to order it, along with any advice on installation. The part in question is the splash shield(?) component of the undercarriage in front of the right front wheel. Mine seems to have come free recently (lost a pin?) and has been scraping the ground ever since.
    - Question 1: What is the name of this part?
    - Question 2: What would be the best way for me to look up the name of this part next time I have a situation like this? :)
    - Question 3: Any recommended mail-order shops for this part?
    - Question 4: Any accessories I need to order for installation?

    Thank you!

There's an import parts place a bunch of people will chime in a minute with the name of it that will probably have those parts relatively reasonable these parts on a lot of generation to priuses are bad falling off already been scraped etc most people just a lot of people just trim what's hanging off and let it rip most of the plastic under my 06 is missing a good bit under my 09 is missing my 2010 is barely together in these plastic pieces and my 2013 seems to have them all there as they very rarely been messed with or touched the car's behind the 2013 had multiple owners were scraped in parking lots etc etc. Good luck

Thank you both. I am still at a loss on questions 1 and 2, though. I posted a pic in case it helps. Thanks so much.

From the looks of his bumper and the scrapes there-on, I think something else will break sooner or later too.
These parts are sold on Amazon too. Easy to find. Many vendors. Search for Prius Splash Shield and filter for your year. Three components front, left and right. Your other ones are probably ready for replacement too.

Passenger fender liner Toyota OEM part # 53875-47020
    Aftermarket interchange number TO1251116
Mail order Amazon, search for 2006 Prius fender liner, then look for the above part numbers, probably $20-40 for TO1251116 aftermarket.

I just happen to have my front end apart dealing with replacing bumper reinforcement brackets, got minor tweak and rust. Fender liner in red square.

Looks like your front part has worn off from dragging on the pavement

You can see the other splash shields under the rad and driver side fender liner, can't see them in your pic so can't comment on their condition.

When looking for parts, nobody has special inside info. We all just look at the online sites, drill down to the appropriate section, look carefully.
